John is the owner/operator of TRUE STRENGTH GYM in Broken Arrow, OK. He specializes is strength for sports and athletic performance. John has invented several different strength building machines and other equipment. He has also worked with clients ranging from pro athletes to heart patients to people just trying to lose weight.
