Exciting United States Strongman Announcement

United States Strongman is introducing a two-arm structure:

United States Strongman (Non-Tested) – USS

United States Strongman (Tested) – USST

The USST will operate as a fully separate tested pathway with its own events.

To ensure clarity and consistency across the sport:

• USS events remain exclusively non-tested

• No mixing or crossover between the two arms

• Awards and results remain separate

All event rules, competition standards, equipment requirements, scoring formats, and

athlete expectations remain identical between USS and USST.

This unified rule structure keeps the sport consistent while providing athletes with two

competitive options.
