We have another great USS Affiliate Gym! This Gym is way out West and will be hosting their first USS event, Helios 2017 on May 20th! Here is the Alpha Omega story!
Alpha Omega Strength and Fitness opened July 1st, 2013 in Phoenix, Arizona. Owned by Worlds Strongest Man and Arnold Strongman World Series competitor Jon Lane and Strongman competitor Ralph Luksza, it is an indoor/outdoor strength training facility offering the best in strongman implements as well as powerlifting and general strength and fitness training. AO recently upgraded it's outdoor portion of the facility by adding over 6000 square feet of polished concrete, complete with 3 paint striped 100 foot lanes with hash marks every 10 feet. This allows athletes to train as they would compete with yokes, tires and farmers handles.
