I fell into Strongman by pure accident, and had my first competition at Nevada's Strongest Man and Woman 2014 took home a silver in my first show with 3 days of training, and fell in love with the challenge of the sport. Not only do I want to push my limits but I want to see athletes do the same. Just like Willie says, FABA!

Also, ALL promoters, be sure to talk to your state rep prior to sanctioning. Get their approval for dates. This is especially true for first timers! First timers should plan to have their State Rep in attendance and cover their costs to get there and stay over night if needed.
