In 2009, I began my fitness journey at NEPA CrossFit. I got the taste of training for strength once again. Fast forward to 2011, I got bit by the bug when I competed in my first sanctioned strongman competition. Since then, I have competed in 20+ competitions with each one teaching me something new along the way. After competing in my fair share, I decided to switch things up, and go on the other side of the line to host. By hosting USS Inc competitions from The Yard Barbell Club, I want to give back to the athletes in anyway I possibly can. I am beyond honored to be next to Rob Howe as the new PA co-state representative. Keep your eyes open for big things coming across the state of Pennsylvania!
