I started competing in 2003, and actually got into Strongman first as a fabricator when the guys at my gym found out I could weld! I am currently an engineering manager for a syringe manufacturer, and still fab up equipment on the side. I have been married to my wife, Jen, for 18 years and have a son, Jay (12).
