Your USS is proud to announce that long time promoter Donnie Kieran is stepping into the road of Florida State Representative.
Donnie has been involved in strength athletics for almost 10 years. He first started training strongman in 2007 with former NAS State chairman and Masters national champion Tom Mitchell. He then befriended former Pro LW strongman Elliott Hulse and trained with him for several months to prepare for his first show. Since then he’s competed multiple times in a few different classes throughout the southeast. He is also a current World Powerlifting Congress record holding powerlifter in the Sub-master 308lb class.
His flagship event, the Tampa Bay Strongman Classic is in its 6th year and has grown to over 70 athletes competing and takes place each October in sunny Clearwater, Florida. Donnie is a small business owner, holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Leadership, an 8 year combat veteran of the United States Army, a husband to a beautiful woman and a father of two girls, 10 and 3 years old.
