USS is proud to have Mike Rusonis and the Yard Barbell Club in the fold.
The Yard Barbell Club is located within NEPA CrossFit in Northeastern, PA. Our facility is a 24,000 square foot, open floor plan that allows us to offer anything and everything from CrossFit, Strongman, Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting. We take pride into being the ONLY gym in NEPA that is able to house all of the different aspects of exercise. Our Strongman share, has every implement available for training and competing purposes. The trainers and staff here are always a call or text away from being readily available for all clients if they aren’t already at the gym!
